Built of local timber and stone, Les Balcons du Village has an attractive traditional Alpine style and comprises 9 chalets. Floor space is more generous than that found in most Alpine accommodations.

Fully equipped apartment, bed linen (beds made on arrival, except sofa beds), towels (extra set €8 pp). Cleaning kit, end of stay cleaning (except kitchen area and washing-up, please empty the dishwasher, take out the bins and wipe down the oven and fridge). Access to the pool and spa area at the Les Balcons Platinium de Val Cenis (children under 16 must be accompanied). Spa treatments can also be organised on-site.
Price is unless specified, per accommodation, per week, on a self-catering basis, in £s Sterling, including a Standard Eurotunnel LeShuttle crossing from Folkestone to Calais with a car with free FlexiPlus upgrade on selected dates. A supplement will apply for travel on certain peak dates (see below). £25 each way supplement for high cars (above 1.85m) will also apply.

These 4* apartments are in sunny position at the foot of the slopes, by the Pré Novel chairlift and the ski school meeting point. Facilities include indoor pool, children's pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room and spa.
Les Balcons Platinium Val Cenis is a new superior 4* residence, which opened in January 2022, close to the slopes and shops in the traditional village of Lanslevillard, one of the two villages that make up the resort of Val Cenis.
In a few words... This 3-star traditionally-built residence is well-located for the slopes, just 100m from the end of a green slope and the gondola. Facilities include a sauna.
Located in a quiet area (Les Champs hamlet) a couple of minutes’ walk across the river from the Vieux Moulin gondola lift in Plan Champ, with beautiful South-facing views towards the ski area. The apartments were built for December 2022.
